Refund Policy
This policy applies to all purchases made through rangefinder.dk. Purchases are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, acting as Merchant of Record.
Digital photograph downloads
Downloads are delivered digitally and are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Right of withdrawal Under EU consumer law, private individuals have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. For digital content, this right is waived once delivery has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost. This consent is collected by Paddle at checkout as part of their Merchant of Record service.
Faulty or inaccessible downloads If a download link is broken or the file cannot be accessed due to a technical fault on our side, contact tc@purposeandmeans.io and we will resolve it promptly — either by providing a working download or issuing a full refund.
Materially different from description If the file you receive is materially different from its description on the site, contact tc@purposeandmeans.io within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
How to request a refund
Email tc@purposeandmeans.io with:
- Your name
- The email address used at checkout
- Your order reference
- A description of the issue
Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. Refund requests should be directed to tc@purposeandmeans.io — do not contact Paddle directly for refunds, as fulfilment is managed by Rangefinder.
