These terms govern your use of rangefinder.dk and any purchase of photographic prints from Rangefinder. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Rangefinder is a photography print shop operated by Tim Clements, based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Contact: tc@purposeandmeans.io

Payments

Purchases through rangefinder.dk are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (Paddle), acting as Merchant of Record. When you purchase a print, you are transacting with Paddle directly, and your purchase is subject to Paddle’s terms of service in addition to these terms. Rangefinder does not receive or store your payment card details.

VAT at the applicable local rate is collected and remitted by Paddle as part of their Merchant of Record service.

Products

What you are buying Rangefinder sells digital photograph downloads produced by Tim Clements. Each listing describes the image, file format, and resolution. Access to the download is granted following payment confirmation.

Edition limits Where a listing specifies a limited edition, Rangefinder will not sell more licences than the stated limit.

Licence Each purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use the image for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or use the image commercially without prior written agreement.

Intellectual property

All photographs and images on rangefinder.dk are the intellectual property of Tim Clements. The sale of a download licence does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights. Use is limited to the terms of the licence granted above.

Limitation of liability

Rangefinder’s total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid for the relevant print. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at rangefinder.dk/terms-of-service. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
